Thank you for ordering your customized team apparel and gear from SquadLocker, we hope your shopping experience with us has been enjoyable. If you need to make an exchange or return please read the following information to expedite the process. Please note that customized apparel which was approved through either our art approval process or purchased from one of our online TeamLockers or Fan Shops has been made especially for you and cannot be returned unless.
- The decoration or item is defective
- The items you receive do not match what was ordered (ie. garment size, garment color).
Non decorated/customized products may be exchanged within 30 days for a full refund, credit or another item.
To begin the return process please start by calling our Customer Experience Team at 1-888-88LOCKER or you can submit a request on our web site by visiting www.squadlocker.com/contact. We also have live chat support on our web site Monday Through Friday 9 AM to 5PM EST.
Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or account within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Please Note unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to the customer at the customers' expense. Damaged or abused items will not be accepted for return or credit.
